Enhancements
CRM
- Added the option to make Additional Insured and Waiver of Subrogation settings populate all un-issued holders on the Acord 25, Acord 25 NY and the Acord 30. Also added the ability to create a default that populates the saved settings to any new holder added (This is a redesign/redeployment of a Feature from the January Service Pack)
Delivery
- Added a variable for the current date to delivery templates
eServices
- Added a new eServices User Interface. Along with the new interface some new functionality is also being introduced. User now has the ability to save a document from the carrier website to a client in Nexsure and also the ability to open multiple eService windows for the same carrier.
Forms
- Added the Additional Coverage Endorsement Schedule (download overflow) as a supplement to the Life-Individual Line of Business
- Updated the Acord 133 FL Workers Comp Assigned Risk supplement to the (2020/01) version
- Updated NYS C105.2 Certificate of Insurance to the (2017/09) version
Portals
- Added the ability authenticate an email address which would be used when a portal user sends a certificate from either the Client or Retail Agent Portal
- Added a Subject Line to the Client and Retail Agent Portal that is available for use when a portal user sends a certificate
Reports
- Made formatting changes to the Retail Agent Remittance Advice in regards to alignment, column widths, etc.
Resolved Issues
CRM
- Corrected an issue with the Action Plan in Setup. Previously, the re-order arrows were not working properly.
Delivery
- Corrected an issue with fax deliveries getting stuck on Pending
Downloads
- Corrected an issue when viewing the source of an Activity Notes download. The View Source option now shows the data from the download file correctly.
eServices
- Corrected an issue with the RLI login in which a dot, such as in an email address that was being used as a loginID, was being removed when loaded on carrier login page.
Forms
- Corrected an issue on the Pennsylvania ID card in which the Agency City, State Zip would partially overwrite the label for Agency/Company Telephone Number
- Corrected an issue in which the Carrier Customer Service Phone numbers were not flowing to the ACORD 50TX Verification card
- Corrected an issue in which a error would occur when adding a holder to the NYS Worker's Comp Certificate
- Corrected an issue on Binder data flow from the Acord 90MA in which the BI Limits were populating to the UM Limits and vice versa
Portals
- Corrected an issue in which the notifications were not being sent to the Primary Assignment when a Retail Agent updated their contract information from the Retail Agent Portal
- Corrected an issue in which the E/O Dates were not populating onto a Delivery Template when used in Delivery. Now, the dates populate from the primary contract (if one exists)
Reports
- Corrected an issue in which a disbursement using the MICR Top Perf check would come up blank. This would only occur with a particular workflow.
- Previously, the Invoice Production CRM Assignment report would include Manual Bill invoices. Now, there is a multi-select filter that will allow you to select Manual Bill invoices if desired but will not show them by default.
- Corrected an issue in which not all policies would show on the Policy Review report
- Corrected an issue on the Sales Coverage Rounding report in which other Departments would show even when run for just one department
- Corrected an issue on the Legacy Balance Sheet Details report. Previously, when trying to run, an error would occur.
- Corrected an issue on the Aged Client AR Summary report in which the assignment names were not showing on the tabs in Excel
